My first Iyengar-yogaclass got me thirsty. Thirsty for discovery, for exploration, thirsty for the experienced stillness and concentration. They enrich my life by giving me the insights that make it interesting. In 2008 I graduated at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Amsterdam, followed by two intensive months of study at Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India, with the Iyengars themselves.
Yoga shows me what is. It helps me to stand strong in life and face whatever I need to grow. I love the precision and the creativity that characterizes Iyengar-Yoga. No class is alike and attention is directed by down-to-earth instructions. To start yoga no special skills are needed. Surprise yourself.
